CANCELLATION POLICY

• All first time color clients are required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit. This will go towards the cost of your service. • All first time color clients are required to fill out a ‘’new client form’ • If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% service charge must be paid in order to compensate the stylist. • Repeated cancelations/reschedules within a 48 hour time frame will be required to pay a $50 deposit in order to rebook • If you no-show your appointment, a 100% service charge must be paid in order to compensate the stylist. • No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the service cost ahead of time in order to rebook • If you notice any issues with your hair following a service with me, you have 7 days to reach out in order to get it fixed free of charge. • After this time frame, any service needed will be charged accordingly. • No refunds will be given under any circumstances
